• Fleet-wide inspection and analysis of current housekeeping processes with regard to optimized workflows, and compliance with standards and budget requirements
• Conceptual preparations for new ships to be put into service
• Analysis of existing structures and workflows, and their further development with the aim of achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Creating and monitoring of Housekeeping standards, briefing and training documents
• Specialized training of crew members on the ships
• Performing department-related market analyses and selection of housekeeping products

Your previous ports of call

• Completed vocational training with professional and management experience in the hotel industry or long term experience a management position in the Housekeeping Department
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms, well-founded knowledge of MS Office
• Solid knowledge of hotel processes, e.g. USPH (US Public Health)
• Willingness to travel
• Confident, flexible, service oriented, and responsible
