• Deputy management and responsibility for the housekeeping department with the aim of ensuring cleanliness in all cabins as well as public areas
• Supervision, monitoring and daily inspection of guest cabins as well as crew cabin management
• Instruction, training and supervision of the international employees
• Responsibility for luggage handling at embarkation and disembarkation
• Supervision and control of monthly inventories, management of work material and equipment, and cost and budget control
• Daily inspection of on-board laundry in compliance with all safety and hygiene requirements

Your previous ports of call

• You have professional education in the area of hotel management and verifiable job and/or management experience in the upscale hotel business
• You have experience in leading an international crew, ideally on cruise ships
• You have a business-fluent command of the English language and well-founded knowledge of MS Office
• Your persuasive personality, your confident manner, loyalty and your sense of responsibility round out your profile
