  • As the Fleet Manager, Dining & Bars, you will be the visionary leader ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional product and service standards across our fleet. You will inspire, train, and mentor onboard managers and their teams, guiding them to achieve excellence in every aspect of their work.   • To be considered for this role, you should possess extensive experience in the cruise ship industry, specifically as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Operations Manager, or Beverage Operations Manager. Alternatively, you may have a strong background in shore-side multi-unit management, such as a Regional Manager or District Manager, within a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • To be successful in this role, you’ll possess in-depth knowledge of ship operations, particularly in Dining & Bars, and have a proven track record of managing team performance in the hotel, leisure, or cruise industry. You’ll have a strong understanding of professional standards and practices within these sectors and be experienced in identifying and implementing best practices in Dining & Bars departments. Additionally, you should have experience contributing to cross-functional change programs, including organisational, role and reward structure changes. Your ability to plan, develop, and deliver projects using a Plan, Do, Review approach to operational delivery and continuous improvement will be crucial to your success in this role.
