Requirements
- Secondary school diploma obtained from State Professional Institutes for food and wine and hotel hospitality - specialization in the kitchen sector; or
- Generic high school diploma and possession of at least 6 months of work experience, even if not continuous, and/or training courses/internships in the cooking/pastry/bakery sector, to be self-certified by the candidates; or
- Four-year diploma in professional education and training together with a certificate of higher technical specialization obtained at the end of higher technical education and training courses lasting at least 800 hours together with the possession of at least 6 months of work experience, even non-continuous, and/or training courses/internships in the cooking/pastry/bakery sector to be self-certified by the candidates.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English.
