METS: Net Zero by 2050 Requires More Practical Reporting
Jason Stefanatos, global decarbonization director at DNV, said that when it comes to reporting systems, there is a mix of methods being seen among ship owners in terms of their processes.
Speaking at DNV’s Maritime Energy Transition Summit (METS) 2025, he said: “We see some owners (who) are quite advanced; they have automation, they transmit data to all stakeholders. Others rely more on traditional reporting, more on more manual work.”
